DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE to a relay point or to your home depending on the country of shipment.

Currently the countries we ship to are:
- France: Mondial Relay Delivery (3 to 5 days), Colissimo Delivery against signature (2 to 4 days), Chronopost Delivery (1 to 2 days),
- Belgium: Delivery to Relay Point (3 to 6 days), Home delivery (3 to 5 days),
- Luxembourg: Delivery to Relay Point (3 to 5 days), Home delivery (3 to 5 days),
- Switzerland: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- Germany: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- Spain: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- Italy: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- Portugal: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- Netherlands: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- United Kingdom: Home delivery (3 to 6 days),
- United States: DHL home delivery (2 to 4 days),

No customs fees for all orders under €600 (except for Switzerland).

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make your return. To do this, contact us at contact@basile.fr indicating your order number.

Returns are charged €5 (amount deducted from your refund) for small leather goods or a scarf and €8 for bags (for the countries France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands).

Returns are charged €15 (amount deducted from your refund) for the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Returns are charged €20 (amount deducted from your refund) for the United States.
